We all know that Cash is King and is critical to running any business.  We have videos and white papers that will give you a more complete plan on how to fix your cash flow.  But here are a few things to consider regarding your cash flow.

  1. Expenses – how much money is leaving your business on a monthly basis?  Are all your expenses necessary to running your business?  Are there any expenses that you can totally get rid of or lower?  Review every dollar that leaves your business and be honest in regards to how necessary that service is to your business.
  2. Review how much you charge for your services/products.  Are you making enough?  Remember that the money that you make for selling your products/services is your top line profit – this is the money that actually pays your expenses?  Is it enough?  Review your costs and retails – it may be time to increase retail or renegotiate your costs with your vendors.
  3. Your associates are your biggest assets but payroll is your biggest expense.  Make sure that your payroll is productive, an efficient and productive schedule can save money and put it back in your pocket.

We have videos and white papers in our financial course that help fix the issues that you are having with your cash flow.
