Paula Mathews brings more than 35 years of experience , including 14 years as a Human Resource Manager for a major corporate division of 260 employees. She has an undergraduate degree in Education and is certified to train in forklift safety and other industry programs. A frequent speaker at conferences, she has been an instructor for Hannah Grimes since 2010 and is currently conducting monthly workshops and offering free 1:1 coaching hours through them. She also offers free 1:1 coaching hours through the Greater Hernando Chamber of Commerce during the first quarter of each year when she is in her Florida office.
