I have twenty-five years of experience in the retail and manufacturing industries; my areas of expertise include Customer Service, Training & Development, Leadership & Team Management, Project Management as well as both inside and outside Sales. I have owned my award winning business coaching practice along with my partner, Ann Connor since 2008. We work as coaches throughout New England with business owners and entrepreneurs as well as non-profit organizations. I enjoy facilitating classes and working one-to-one with business owners and their teams.

Prior to my work as a business coach, I held management positions with Sam’s Club, Staples Inc. and the retailer, Bradlees. In 2006, we started our own company, AMC Design & Sales LLC where I worked with manufacturers as a sales representative and consultant to help develop and bring their products to market with such retailers as Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart and Target.

I attended Franchise Source Brands International University as part of my education in becoming a business coach. I graduated from the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Benton County program in Arkansas as well as Leadership Monadnock here in Keene.

Most recently I was the Chairperson for Women Empowered By Business for 2 years as well as being on the Ambassador Committee for both the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce and the Worcester Regional Chamber. I have participated in numerous committees throughout my career for non-profit organizations and within the business coaching community.

I have also attended and completed many other excellent leadership programs such as Conflict Management for Women, Theory of Constraints & Conflict Management, and Communications & Time Management to name just a few.
